20 Feb Why I Got New Headshots – and Why It Matters | Austin Boudoir Photography

As a boudoir photographer, I ask my clients to step outside of their comfort zones, embrace their beauty and trust the process. It can be easy to forget what that feels like while I’m always behind the camera. So, I got some new headshots & branding photos done by my lovely friend Katia Forero.

Being on the other side of the lens reminds me of the nerves, self-doubt and ultimately, the empowerment that comes with seeing yourself through someone else’s eyes. It’s a powerful experience, and it of course reinforced why I do what I do.

Sharing these updated photos isn’t just about having a fresh look for my brand — it’s about showing up, leading by example and proving that everyone deserves to feel amazing in front of the camera.
